Payment Processing

All payments on Modilai are securely processed via Stripe Checkout. We do not store or handle any credit card information or billing addresses on our servers. Stripe is fully PCI-DSS compliant, and all payment data is managed directly through their secure platform.

Activation Fee

Activation Fee

To unlock access to Modilai’s premium features, users are required to pay a one-time activation fee of €1,000.

  • This includes €500 in credits for future usage.

  • The remaining €500 covers platform activation and system setup and is non-refundable.

Credit Top-Ups

Credit Top-Ups

Users may top up their account credits at any time through Stripe. The minimum top-up amount is €100, and there is no upper limit on the credit balance. These credits are used to pay for monthly usage automatically based on traffic volume (visitor tiers).

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

  • Unused credits can be refunded upon request.

  • Mistaken top-ups may also be refunded.

  • Credits that have already been used are not eligible for refund.

  • For the activation fee, only the €500 in credits portion is refundable. The platform fee is not.

Important: All refunds will be processed minus the Stripe transaction fee (typically ~3%), which is non-refundable.
